1.Format your card as portable then take out a card , reboot your tablet and install it again.
2.Take the card out and format it to exFAT/FAT32 file format in your PC/Mac/Laptop then it should be ready to work in your tablet.
We recommend SanDisk Ultra Cards class 10 for our tablets.

Firmware Updates / Bugs to fix

Android 7.0
14.06.2018 New firmware update next week, apps compatibility issues fixed (ebay).

Android 6.0

New important firmware update is ready, new update improves performance and SD cards support ( some cards larger than 32GB don't work).

To do that go to: settings>about tablet>wireless update and follow the instructions.

Until you see the command 'Your tablet is up to date'

When you have an error message 'unfortunately settings has stopped'
Please do as follows. 1.Go to settings>Apps>Click 3 dots (right, top corner for the screen)>Show System>Reset app preferences>Reset Apps
Then try to update again, settings>about tablet(last row)>wireless update (1st row)

Google apps(and few other apps) not working / can't log in
Open up your Settings app, scroll all the way down to find  “About Tablet”
Scroll down again and find the entry with the Build number.
Start tapping on the “Build number section”, Android will now pop up a message informing you that in x amount of clicks you will become a Developer.
Keep tapping until the process is complete.
With that out of the way, head on back to the main Settings menu and you will now see “Developer options” listed.
Go to the  menu and find USB debugging and turn it OFF.
Reboot your device.
